WOA handles the structure — the walls, the plan, the compliance. Interiors & More handles what fills it. Founded in Pretoria in 1998, the two practices have worked side by side for over 26 years.

Wicus Olivier

Registered Architect (SACAP) · Founder, WOA Design · Est. 1998 · 26+ years in practice

Wicus founded WOA in 1998 and has spent 26 years designing industrial, commercial and residential buildings across Pretoria and Gauteng — from warehouse and logistics facilities to custom homes and developments including 33@View, Village Junxion and Menlyn Junxion.

He now works closely with property and facilities managers on as-built documentation — updating outdated or missing building plans into accurate, compliant records for existing commercial and industrial buildings.

Elena Olivier

Inscape Student of the Year, 1999 · Interiors & More, WOA Design · 17+ years in practice

Elena studied at Inscape, where she was named Student of the Year in 1999. She joined WOA in 2007, bringing an award-winning eye to soft furnishings, upholstery and interior styling — for private homes, and for institutional clients including boarding school projects that call for both scale and durability.

She's now growing Interiors & More's commercial and industrial work — offices, hospitality interiors and contract-grade soft furnishings designed to hold up under everyday use without losing the details that make a space feel finished.
